Who supplies the alcohol?
Due to Washington State laws, we cannot purchase or sell alcohol for your event. To comply with this law, you or your caterer will need to purchase the alcohol, which will then be mixed and served by our expert bartenders on site. During your consultations we will discuss your beverage options and the amount necessary for your event.
How far do we travel?
Great question! We are the OLYMPIC TAP TRUCK after all. We love serving our clients ice-cold bubbly at the foot of the Olympics, but our vintage tap truck can only go so far. We primarily operate in the greater King county area but are happy to discuss further destinations with you.
What types of events do you serve?
We can serve at any private event. This includes weddings, birthday parties, baby or bridal showers, corporate parties, grand openings, fundraisers, etc.
What is your payment policy?
To book the Olympic Tap Truck for your event, if your date is available we require a deposit of 50% for the reservation and the remaining 50% thirty days before your event. We accept Card and bank transfers.
How does set up work?
The tap truck will be unloaded from our trailer on the event property and then can be driven to the spot of your choice on level ground. We will gather your alcohol purchases and set up the bar area. The beverage dispensers need electricity so access to an outlet is required.
How does the booking process work?
After submitting your inquiry with basic information, we will contact you shortly after and discuss your event, packages, and pricing. Once we are finished with the details you will then pay a deposit to reserve the date. We will follow up as the date gets closer and go over any last-minute changes.
What is your Cancelation policy?
After booking, you have up to 90 days from your scheduled event for a full refund. After that, the deposit is nonrefundable.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we carry liquor liability insurance.
How does tipping work?
Our bartenders work hard to help make your event a success. We offer two gratuity packages to choose from that are applied to the bar package. Option 1: 15% gratuity with tip jar Option 2: 20% gratuity without tip jar.
